Early Life and Education
Om Prakash Singh ‘Setu’ was born on December 15, 1985, in Barawn village, Rohtas district, Bihar, into a humble and value-driven Rajput family. From an early age, he was drawn to justice, equality, and social upliftment — principles that continue to guide his journey in public life.
Setu Ji pursued academic excellence at Patna University, earning his B.Com (Hons) and M.Com, followed by an LL.B from Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, and an LL.M from The Global Open University, Nagaland. He also holds a Diploma in Human Rights, a reflection of his deep commitment to social justice.

A Leader Rooted in People’s Struggles

He is not just a politician — but a social worker at heart, tirelessly working to bridge the gap between power and the people.
Vision for Bihar
Setu Ji envisions a Bihar that is:
- Educated, where no child is left behind
- Employed, where youth find opportunity in their own soil
- Empowered, where dignity is a right, not a privilege
His journey continues, not for power, but for purpose.
